Shirō Tsujimura — Hiki-dashi Kuro Tea Bowl
A Hiki-dashi Kuro tea bowl by Shirō Tsujimura is now available in our online shop.
The deep, subdued black reveals subtle variations created by the firing, along with glimpses of the natural texture of the clay.
The landscape created by the clay and the firing, from the interior of the bowl to the area around the foot, is one of its distinctive charms.
A piece that embodies Tsujimura’s understated sense of beauty.
We invite you to take a closer look and enjoy its quiet character.
